What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to be clear and polite. They should explain the plan, give a written quote, and be upfront about the risks on your property. They should also carry the insurance and licenses their local rules require, and you are welcome to ask to see them.
Safe to DIY, or Leave It Rigged?
Some tasks are fine for a careful homeowner. Raking, bagging small branches and trimming low limbs from the ground are common examples.
